Quick Start Guide

Get up and running in 5 minutes

Download the app for your device using the links above. Once downloaded, install it like any other app. On Android, you may need to enable installation from unknown sources. Launch the app to get started.

Sign up with your email address. Verify your email, then set a secure password. Two-factor authentication is available for added security on Plus and Pro plans.

Tap "Add Camera" and enter your camera's IP address, RTSP URL, or scan its P2P QR code. Make sure your camera is on the same network (or accessible remotely). Test the connection.

Set up motion detection sensitivity, alert preferences, and recording options. You can enable notifications to get alerts when motion is detected.

Return to the main dashboard and tap your camera to view the live stream. Swipe to see multiple cameras or tap to focus on one. All video is encrypted end-to-end.

Troubleshooting

Make sure your camera is powered on and connected to the network. Check that the IP address or URL is correct. If your camera is behind a router, you may need to configure port forwarding or use the P2P QR code method.

This is usually caused by network congestion. Try reducing the video quality in camera settings or move closer to your Wi-Fi router. Wired connections (Ethernet) are faster than Wi-Fi.

Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable it. You may also need to grant permissions for file downloads. Try downloading again and then tapping the APK file to install.

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email address and follow the recovery link sent to your inbox. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
