When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password (encrypted). For Plus and Pro plans, we also collect billing information.

Camera Metadata

We collect technical metadata about your cameras (device IDs, connection status, stream type) but NOT the video footage itself. Footage is encrypted end-to-end and inaccessible to us.

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data (features used, crash reports, performance metrics) to improve the service. This data cannot identify you personally.

Device Information

We collect device type, OS version, and app version for support and compatibility purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information
