Yes, the Free plan supports up to 3 cameras and is truly free forever. You can also upgrade to Plus ($9.99/mo) or Pro ($24.99/mo) for unlimited cameras and advanced features.

Yes. All streams and cloud recordings use AES-256 end-to-end encryption. Even Sentvio staff cannot access your footage. We use zero-knowledge architecture—you hold all the keys.
Because we use end-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge architecture, even a breach of our servers would not expose your video footage. Only your unencrypted encryption keys would be at risk, which we protect with industry-standard security practices.

No. Sentvio cannot access your encrypted video streams. We can only see encrypted metadata like connection status and storage usage, which we use to maintain the service.
For HD streaming (1080p), a stable 2+ Mbps connection is recommended. For 4K, at least 5 Mbps. The app can adapt to slower connections by reducing quality automatically.
Yes. The app works on local networks and can access cameras directly without cloud routing. This is often the fastest way to stream.
Local recording stores video on your camera's SD card or network storage (you control it). Cloud recording uploads encrypted footage to Sentvio servers for backup and remote access. Plus/Pro plans include cloud storage.
Yes. You can download encrypted recordings from cloud storage to your device, or export local recordings via your camera's storage interface. All exports remain encrypted.
Yes. Cancel your Plus or Pro subscription anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Free plans never expire.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your money in full. Just contact our support team.
Cloud storage is included in Plus ($7 days) and Pro ($30 days) plans. Free plans can use local recording only. Storage costs scale with your usage and are included in the monthly fee.
