Yes. All streaming and cloud recordings are encrypted end-to-end. Even Sentvio staff cannot access your footage. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption and zero-knowledge architecture.
We support any camera that speaks ONVIF, RTSP, or P2P protocols. This includes most modern IP cameras from brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Reolink, and many others. For a full list, check our features page.
Currently, Sentvio is available as a mobile and desktop app (Android, Windows). A web interface is on our roadmap for 2025. iOS and macOS support is also coming soon.
Live streaming requires an internet connection. However, if your camera has local storage (SD card or NAS), you can access recordings directly on your local network when offline.
